QUTOOF delivery policy via Cash Plus

• Orders are shipped exclusively via Cash Plus (Tawssil service).
• We deliver within Morocco only, to every city, including Laâyoune and Dakhla.
• Two options are available: pick-up at your nearest Cash Plus branch, or home delivery to the address given with your order.
• Parcels can be tracked through the Tawssil mobile app or official website.
• Parcels are handed over on presentation of an identity document.
• Shipments are processed Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.
• Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days depending on the option chosen.
• Shipping costs 35 DH per order, and is free on orders of 249 DH or more. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Delivery is available within Morocco only. We do not ship internationally.
